ABOUT ME
Jessica’s journalism career has taken her to remote sea islands off the South Carolina coast, breaking news scenes in the Midwest and a variety of public meetings. Her work at two daily newspapers over the course of five years includes coverage of major infrastructure projects, mass shootings, local government accountability and a series that examines the devastating history of Nebraska’s federal Native American boarding school.
She has had the opportunity to report on projects, policies and controversies that impact entire communities.
